Colorglass longpass filters are for transmitting longwave wavelengths and cutting out the unwanted shorter wavelengths (the shortwave region), so the opposite of a shortpass filter.
A good example would be a 780nm longpass filter that would pass wavelengths above 780nm but pass virtually no transmission from the UV-Visible below the 780nm. Transmission values of Colorglass longpass filters are generally in excess of 85%. Note than when a longpass filter wavelength is specified it’s at the 50% point transmission value.
